I got a pricing sheet from one of your representatives. Does that rate apply to all projects?
Yes and No. Most projects will stays within that range. However, the price might be a little higher or lower, depending on the complexity of the work. Please Contact Us for the quote.
What is the difference between Exterior and Planning in your price sheet?
With Planning, you can focus more on the landscape and the surroundings of the building/structure.
What file format would I receive?
Normally, you will receive a soft copy of the deliverable: a .jpg file for 3D pictures and an .avi file for 3D animation. Other forms of deliverable are also available upon request.
When do I need to make a deposit for each project?
Normally, a deposit is not required for AIA members and returning clients. We only send out the invoice once our work is completed.
Do I have to pay extra if we want to make corrections?
No, if the correction is minor or due to a misunderstanding.
Do you archive our projects?
Since each of our project ranges from 10Gb to 50Gb, or even more; it is impossible for us to archive all projects. However, if you feel like you might need to refer to the project in the future, please let us know and we would archive your project.
